What is the Thinkubator?

The Thinkubator is a 12-week intensive program for everyone who has clarity about their venture and is ready to implement. You work in a small cohort (5–8 people) — with weekly group sessions, 1:1 check-ins and clear tasks.

Whether you're opening a yoga studio, building an app, starting a restaurant or creating a consulting service: The Thinkubator gives you the structure and momentum you need. Not a self-paced course. Real implementation — week by week.

Do I need to do the Lab first?

Not necessarily — but you need a clear idea and direction. The Lab helps you create that clarity. If you already know what you want, you can jump right in. If not: Start with a 1:1 Pulse Check or the Lab offerings.

What ventures does the Thinkubator suit?

All of them. Past participants have built yoga studios, apps, consultancies, crafts products, online courses and restaurant concepts. The methodology is universal — we adapt it to your venture.

How much time should I plan per week?

Plan for 8–12 hours per week: 2 hours Group Session, 2–3 hours for tasks and the rest for your venture. It's intensive — but that's exactly what delivers results.

Can I participate as a team?

In the batch you work as an individual on your venture. If you want to participate as a team, contact us — we'll find the right format.

What happens after the 12 weeks?

When you're ready for the market, you continue in the Accelerator. Or you get ongoing support through the 1:1 Co-Pilot.
