The processing of your personal data is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP, revised version of 1 September 2023). The legal basis is your consent (Art. 31 para. 1 FADP), which you give by actively using our website and submitting the contact form. For the technical operation of the website, we rely on our overriding legitimate interest in a secure and functional website.

Third Parties and Data Transfer

We use the following third-party providers who may have access to personal data:

  • Hosting: Our website is operated by a specialised hosting provider. This provider processes the technically necessary data (IP address, access times) within the framework of a data processing agreement.
  • Email service: For the delivery of emails and the processing of contact form requests, we use a professional email service.

Where data is transferred to providers outside Switzerland, we ensure an adequate level of data protection through appropriate contractual guarantees (in particular EU standard contractual clauses).

Retention Period

We store personal data only for as long as is necessary for the respective purposes or as required by law. Contact data from form requests is generally deleted after 12 months unless there is an ongoing business relationship. Server log files are automatically deleted after 30 days.
