We're a studio from Wädenswil, and one question keeps us going: how do people and AI become a genuinely good team? Our answer: tools of our own and advisory that rolls up its sleeves.

01 The story
It all started with a simple observation: AI is fast, sharp and astonishingly capable. But one thing struck us early, it gets better still the moment it knows what you're working on. Because your project, and what you decided last week, simply isn't something it knows at the start.
So we built ourselves a small tool that solves exactly that problem. We called it LeanCTX, and suddenly what came back fit. What helped us soon helped others. The one tool grew into a whole family: an open standard so knowledge can travel freely, a registry for sharing and a platform for entire companies.
In 2026 the project became Thinkery GmbH in Wädenswil. We stay close, put every new model through its paces first, and pass on what proves itself, in the code as much as in the advisory work. We grow at the pace of our ideas and stay on the question from day one: what does great collaboration between people and AI really look like?
