Work
Work with Thinkery.
We work with companies that already have AI in real workflows and want to make those systems better, more focused and easier to operate.
Most engagements start in one of three areas and quietly borrow from the others, because in practice they are the same problem seen from different sides.
Work
Three areas
AI Workflows
The tools arrived faster than the way of working. Context gets rebuilt every session, good practice stays personal, and the checking AI created can cancel out the time it saved. We map how the work actually runs, then rebuild the parts that remove real work — reusable context, agent handoffs, the integrations that were never built — and measure whether the workflow improved.
Explore AI Workflows →Knowledge & Context
The knowledge exists; the right part of it does not reach the work. Retrieval finds what looks related, but the task also depends on which source governs, whether it is current, what already happened in this case and what the user may see. We design the context layer around the task, from retrieval and memory to authority, permissions and selection.
Explore Knowledge & Context →Specialized Agents
A model and a chat window are not an agent. A real job needs a defined scope, the context that job requires, the tools to act in the systems where the work happens, explicit boundaries and a clean handoff to a person. We design and build that whole system, and evaluate it against cases whose outcome is already known.
Explore Specialized Agents →One technical thread.
All three areas come back to the same questions: what does the system need to know, what can be reused, and what resources does the task actually justify?
That is where Thinkery’s work on context and efficiency becomes practical. It is also why an engagement that starts as a workflow problem often turns out to be a knowledge problem, and why we would rather find that out early than deliver the thing that was asked for.
We build with your team or for it, and the balance usually shifts as the work goes on.

Problems rarely arrive neatly labelled. Describe what is happening and we will work out which of the three it is.
